Shipping/Delivery
 All orders over £100 include FREE delivery to any UK Mainland address
Depending on the size of the item and the value of the order determines which courier we use. We use Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for larger higher value items. Orders received by 1.00pm will be dispatched that day. Delivery times can be upto 7 working days (Mon-Fri) from the date of the order. Although most UK orders are on a NEXT DAY by NOON SERVICE. In the unlikely event the items are out of stock we will contact you the next day to advise a delivery date.
All PowaKaddy products are delivered no longer than 5 working days from order.

Returns
UNUSED GOODS
If you are unhappy with any product purchased through our web-site we will accept it back for full credit or refund provided it is unused, is in the same condition as when purchased together with the undamaged original packaging and returned to us at your own expense within 30 days. We suggest you use a reputable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. In the unlikely event we have sent out the incorrect goods we will arrange for collection of the parcel.
FAULTY GOODS
All our goods are supplied by us with the full backing of the manufacturers 12 month warranty.
If the goods are less than 30 days old and are returned to us with a manufacturing defect we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent out at our cost subject to availability.
If the product is between 30 days and a year old we will contact you upon receipt and arrange for repair, replacement or credit subject to either our discretion or that of the manufacturer.
In the case of POWAKADDY or HILLBILLY electric trolleys please contact us for advice before return.
